Tax Forms!

Eckhart Public Library has limited quantities of federal and state tax forms and instructions available now.

Patrons who need additional forms, instructions, or publications can print them at the library for $0.15 a page.  Forms, publications, and instructional booklets are also available on the IRS’s website.  Patrons can also order tax products online or by phone (1-800-829-3676) to be mailed to them. Patrons can also print forms from the Indiana Department of Revenue’s website.

As in previous years, Eckhart Public Library Staff cannot give tax advice nor direct patrons to which forms they will need.  We can help patrons navigate the IRS’s website and print or order materials.

Seniors and low-income taxpayers can find assistance in preparing their state and federal taxes. The DeKalb County Council on Aging (1800 E. 7th St., Auburn) has tax help available for qualifying seniors. To schedule an appointment, call 925-3311. You can also call 211 for assistance.
