We carry on by sharing the love! Curious about some sweet love stories about local couples, as well as DeKalb County wedding traditions specific to us? Stop by Peeking at the Past at Smith Farms Manor (406 Smith Dr.) from 3-4 p.m. on Friday, February 23!

Main Library Restoration Update

After months of study and careful consideration by both the Eckhart Public Library staff and Board of Trustees, we have decided to change the Eckhart Teen Library’s hours. It is much more beneficial to open the Teen Library closer to more active hours than early morning. This change will begin Monday, March 5. The new hours will be: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 p.m.-8 p.m.; Friday, 2:30 p.m.-7 p.m.; and Saturday, 12 p.m.-5 p.m. If you have been picking up holds here, you may request for these items to be available for you at the Willennar Genealogy Center or the Auburn Plaza Temporary Location. Click here for directions on how to do this online or ask a staff member! Wondering how you can help? Visit eckhartstrong.org for more information.
