Library Campus Closing for Thanksgiving Holiday

Piece of Pumpkin Pie

The Eckhart Public Library campus will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and will remain closed through Sunday, November 30, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

The campus will reopen with regular hours on Monday, December 1.

Eckhart Public Library cardholders can access e-books 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through Overdrive, however! Click here for access. You will need your library card number and a four-digit PIN. Just click “Sign In” in the top right corner of the website, choose Eckhart Public Library from the dropdown menu, and click “Go.” Enter your library card number and PIN, and you can start downloading e-books! You can also download the Overdrive app for your digital device.

If you don’t have a PIN, or don’t remember what your PIN is, visit the Information Desk at Eckhart Public Library before we close on Wednesday evening to get it set up! Our staff can also help you get signed in and download your first e-book!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

About Jenny

I am the Associate Director of Eckhart Public Library. My office is in the Administrative Annex, but I can often be found roaming the Eckhart Public Library Campus, performing acts of librarianship in every department! I love to read and learn about history. I'm also a huge fan of movies, TV and pop culture in general, and I love to read books of all types. Currently, I'm working my way around the romance section, with some historical fiction and graphic novels thrown in for variety! But you never know what I'm going to pick up next.
