Mystery Authors Coming to EPL

Eckhart Mystery Cover

A married couple who writes mystery novels together will visit Eckhart Public Library next week!

T’Gracie and Joe Reese, authors of the Nina Bannister cozy mystery series, will speak in the Close Community Room at Eckhart Public Library on Thursday, October 9, from 6:30-8 p.m. They will read a selection from one or two of their novels, with each reading lasting about ten minutes. Then, they will answer questions about how they work together on the process of mystery writing. They also will sign and sell books.

We are very excited to have this novel-writing duo visit Eckhart Public Library! Readers and writers alike will enjoy hearing about their collaboration and how they come away with a finished product.

Joe Reese is a novelist, playwright, storyteller, and college teacher. Pam Britton Reese, who writes as T’Gracie Reese, is an assistant professor in communication sciences and disorders at IPFW and has published books about autism as well.

About Jenny

I am the Associate Director of Eckhart Public Library. My office is in the Administrative Annex, but I can often be found roaming the Eckhart Public Library Campus, performing acts of librarianship in every department! I love to read and learn about history. I'm also a huge fan of movies, TV and pop culture in general, and I love to read books of all types. Currently, I'm working my way around the romance section, with some historical fiction and graphic novels thrown in for variety! But you never know what I'm going to pick up next.
