It’s Time For The Fair: Street Fairs of Years Past

Street Fair 1

Although Auburn does have a fair ground, traditionally most of the fair’s events have been held on the courthouse square or the adjoining streets, making this fair one of the last true “street fairs” in Indiana (the Bluffton Street Fair being the other). As it’s a street fair, and anyone can walk in, no admission is charged. The DeKalb County Free Fall Fair truly is a free fall fair.

About Katy

Some of the books I've recently come to love include Signal To Noise by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, The Just City by Jo Walton, Goodbye Stranger by Rebecca Stead, and Bug In A Vacuum by Melanie Watt. I'm a firm believer in the power of the Oxford comma.
